The project consists of a 230,000 sq. ft. renovation of the existing Ogilvy store located at 1307 Sainte-Catherine West Street, Montreal, including partially new mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, new ceilings and finishes. The renovation also included the existing vertical transportation equipment. Additionally, included in the project is work in the neighbouring DLM expansion on a 40,000 sf of space, which includes a complete tenant fit up starting from a shell delivered by the landlord. The new exterior façade located on De La Montagne Street is included in this scope, as well as the addition of two new passengers elevators.
