Renovation of warehouse section, approx. 22,000 Sf, to incorporate class 100,000 clean room, complete with static- dissipative epoxy flooring, complete HVAC system, air- handling units, and controls.
Exterior structure built to receive 2 AHU’s ( 400 tonnes of cooling) , with exterior electrical cabin, filter rooms, all incorporated within the machines.
Complete distribution of nitrogen and gas lines , with tank storage platform of gas located at the exterior of the building.
Structure fully painted, as well as pressurization /access control of various airlocks, staging areas and loading docks.
