This Audi Queensway is a 65,000 sq.ft. dealership located at The Queensway and East
Mall featuring to the new Audi identity. The dealership includes a
20,000 sq.ft. showroom, 10,000 sq.ft. used car display, and a state of the art
service facility with equipment able to handle over 25 vehicles at any given
time. The facility also includes a 15,000 sq.ft. basement for additional services as required. The building is equipped with an in ground
filtration and recharger systems to limit the storm water discharge into the city storm water systems. A 35,000 sq.ft. green roof was installed to
also assist with storm water retention. A gorgeous landscaped patio, customer
bistro and car wash were also installed.
