Reliance was given the mandate to lead the project to replace the facility of the original Aeroterm V,
completed by Reliance backin 1998. This successfulproject marked
the start of a 20 year relationship between Aeroterm and Reliance.

This latest complex consists of 205,000 sf of airport
relatedcargo freightfacilities and 45,000 sf of office space.
The design inspiration for this building is the North Cargo Village development built by Reliance for Aeroterm in 2008.
