A dual residential tower
development designed by IBI Group Inc. to be built on Sheppard Avenue in
Toronto. The building aims to achieve Gold LEED certification and features 3
cogeneration plants and 360 geo-thermal wells.



The project combines assisted living along with
independent senior living. The amenity spaces are targeted to cater to seniors,
including a common dining hall, a full commercial kitchen, and game rooms.
