This project includes the transformation of two art-deco building into 2 ultra-luxurious residential buildings. The project design includes an innovative environmental design making use of geothermal wells and various heat recovery systems. Additionally, a third new building with terracotta exterior cladding and lush common area finishing, forms the rear of a center inner landscaped courtyard. This courtyard, surrounded by the 3 buildings, includes a water feature and extravagant landscaping.
