Partial demolition of an existing Volkswagen dealership to make room for a fully renovated Infiniti dealership. The renovation included new painting, lighting, and equipment for the existing service bays and the addition of several new ones. The exterior facade was redone with a combination of EIFIS brick wall and window wall, and the cladding on the exterior drive through area was done with polished aluminum panels;a new product introduced by Reliance. The project was completed in 13 weeks surpassing all of the owner's expectations.
